My school year begins!

After a summer full of trips and camps, it is now the turn of those students who are going to spend a term or academic year abroad.

It has been many months of waiting and finally today is the big day.  Our students Guillem, Laura, Judith and Úrsula are starting their adventure in Ireland.

Guillem will be travelling to Cork, where he will study for a term.  Cork is the second largest city in Ireland, so Guillem will be able to enjoy its bustling streets along the River Lee and the friendliness of its people.

Laura, one of our veteran students will be travelling to Tipperary, a more rural area in Ireland, known for its fertile farmland and racehorse breeding.  During her term there, we hope that she will get to know the rich Irish culture and customs in depth.

Ursula will spend 3 months living with a host family in Ratoath, just 30 minutes from Dublin.  She will be able to practice her favourite sport, Athletics, while studying and soaking up the cosmopolitan atmosphere of the capital.

And last but not least, Judith will travel to Killenaule, a small town in County Tipperary, just a short distance from Laura.  For the whole school year, Judith will be living with the Healey family who will be delighted to show her the rich Irish culture and history.

We wish them a very happy trip and hope that this intense experience will fill them with unforgettable memories and...that they will share them with us!
