This English course in Ireland includes host family accommodation. Students stay with local families in Dublin's residential areas, in single or shared rooms. Those students who live close to the school will be able to walk to school, while those who live further away will have to take a bus ride (Leap Transport card included in course fees). The student will have a full board accommodation; breakfast and dinner with the host family (meals will be a “packed lunch” or hot lunch in nearby restaurants from Monday to Friday).
Students should always respect host family rules, time-tables, routines, cleaning, etc.
Students will be allowed to go out unsupervised once they had dined with their families. They must return home at 22:00, although it is the host family that may decide to modify this time if it sees fit. Parents can always make a written request to prevent the student from leaving in the afternoon.
The laundry is done by the host family and done once a week (it is advisable to bring enough clothes), make sure that the clothes can be washed at 40 degrees and use a tumble dryer. All clothing must be marked with the student's name.
