Eastbourne is in the south of England, known for being one of the sunniest cities in the United Kingdom.
This coastal city boasts of a beautiful promenade, bordered by beautiful houses and victorian hotels. It's not a very busy city, but offers lots of amenities for tourists and students alike. Brighton is only 30 minutes away and London, the capital city is only 90 minutes away on train.
AGE
This course is aimed at young students from 14 to 16 years old. We recommend studnets to be mature enough as to travel alone to/from the school from their host family accommodation.
COURSE
In the classrooms there are a maximum of 12 students with multi-cultural groups. They are especially interested in improving communication techniques, activating students' existing knowledge and giving them confidence. During the course, students create a personal folder and a diary where they keep their work.
General English: Students will take 28 weekly English lessons. Students will take a test beforehand in order to place them in classes accordingly with their age and level. Lessons are taken from 09:00 to 15:30
Both courses include a 3 afternoon weekly program with cultural visits and activities. The rest of the afternoons will be free for students to discover the city.
Students over 16 years old can take the 20 lessons per week course or the intensiove 28 lessons per week.
